How does CLOSTRIC PIG work?

CLOSTRIC PIG is intended for use in periods of risk or occurrence of infections caused by anaerobic bacteria Clostridium spp. It can be effectively employed in the initial period of infection and in situations when it is not possible to use an antibiotic, e.g. before sale to the slaughterhouse. In order to increase the effectiveness of limiting the multiplication of bacteria of the genus Clostridium spp., we recommend the additional use of acidifying preparations. The expected effect can be observed from the 1-3rd day of therapy. CLOSTRIC PIG ingredients have an antibacterial effect by damaging the membranes and structures of bacterial cells and disturbing bacterial metabolism. Additionally, they support the processes of digestion and absorption of feed ingredients, limiting the effects of infections associated with damage to the structures of the digestive tract.
