How does BIOSTARTER VIGO work?
The ingredients of BIOSTARTER VIGO support chicks during the period of adaptation to the farm environment after hatching and transport. They have a beneficial effect on overall condition as well as on growth and development processes, including those of the digestive tract and the skeletal system. BIOSTARTER VIGO contains glycerides of butyric, caprylic, and capric acids, which influence the development of gastrointestinal structures and help reduce the risk of infections. In addition, its components support liver function, enzyme secretion, and the digestion of feed nutrients. Through their antioxidant activity, they protect cells from damage, while the addition of fat-soluble vitamins and vitamin C supports immune processes. These components also have a positive effect on the condition of the skeletal system and mucous membranes. By applying appropriate supplementation during the first week of the production cycle, we expect improved bird condition, greater body weight gains, and reduced daily mortality compared to birds receiving no supplementation during this period. Providing chicks with a good start and minimizing the risk of infections in the first week of life allows optimal utilization of the birds’ physiological potential throughout the entire production cycle.
