How does COLITIN work?

COLITIN is intended for use during periods of risk or occurrence of colibacillosis. It can be effectively used in the initial period of infection and/or when it is not possible to use antibiotics, e.g. in hens during the laying period or before the slaughter. We recommend preventive use of COLITIN when colibacillosis is observed regularly in production cycles. COLITIN ingredients present an antibacterial effect by damaging the membranes and structures of bacterial cells. They additionally support the natural immunity of birds by influencing phagocytic activity and activation of macrophages. They stimulate the production of bile and digestive enzymes. The expected effect can be observed from 1-3 days of use of COLITIN.

How to dose COLITIN?

Standard: 500 – 1000 ml/1000 l of drinking water, in ½ of the daily water drunk, for 3-5 days
In chicks: 500 ml/1000 l of drinking water (from 3rd day of life) in ½ of the daily water drunk, for 3-5 days
